Children enter the curriculum at their present skill level. Those who have never taken lessons and have little to no skills will start at the very beginning. If they can float independently or have already been working on strokes, they will build on those skills. Some of the skills are: water adjustment, face in, submerge head, front/back floats with kick, face-in dog paddle, safety and self rescue skills, Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, rhythmic breathing, treading water and TONS of FUN!
